Job description Responsibilities: Data Entry : compile, and input application information for mortgage application Provide on the client status updates. Reviewing and proofreading documents to verify that forms are correctly completed and required formats are used Coordinating and assisting in hosting client meetings and teleconferences via Phone/Zoom call and in-person to build mortgage application Providing general information to clients about mortgage products according to their needs Scheduling and confirming appointments with agents Managing incoming calls from Agents and Clients Performs other related duties as assigned Skills: Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment while displaying a high degree of initiative Ability to handle detailed assignments and maintain confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organizational skills necessary to prioritize workload and delegate responsibility Qualifications: Proficient in of Microsoft office (MS Works, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Exceptional written and oral English communication skills are required A typing speed of at least 60+ wpm and typing accuracy is a must and high priority requirement The ideal candidate should be a resourceful self-starter, with the ability to process and apply knowledge and multitasking Customer service is a must Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask Able to work independently with minimum supervision A positive, can-do attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity Training on our proprietary software will be provided to guarantee success Mortgage Experience is an asset Schedule: Monday to Friday and Saturdays (occasionally) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
