InspiredHR is working with a client to help find an Office Administrator / Receptionist to support a small, fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing top-tier administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for managing daily office activities, coordinating meetings and events, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and employees. Key Responsibilities: Office & Administrative Support Manage calendar scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting coordination Support boardroom and IT setup for meetings Handle deliveries, mail, and courier services Perform basic data entry tasks , including bookkeeping, employee expense reports, and tax information Assist with event planning , including catering and office celebrations Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace Front Desk & Public-Facing Duties Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression Coordinate with business leaders and teams to stay updated on company initiatives Assist with social media management and digital presence Support with employee recognition program , ensuring timely mailings and acknowledgments Tech & Organizational Skills Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) Comfortable navigating social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Agile, adaptable, and able to multitask in a small team environment What Were Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years in an office administration or receptionist role Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and online platforms People-Oriented: Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with executives and external contacts Detail-Focused: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs Hands-On Attitude: A self-starter who takes initiative and can roll up their sleeves to get things done Strong Communication: Able to draft professional emails, coordinate meetings, and manage correspondence effectively Why Join Us?
