Role and Responsibilities The role will include a wide range of responsibilities on M&A and financing transactions, among other initiatives, including: Assisting in the execution of transactions, with responsibilities increasing over time Preparing client presentations including compiling data and conducting research Preparing financial models and valuation analysis Assisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal related marketing materials Researching and communicating with potential acquirers Coordinating transaction due diligence Skills and Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: 2+ years of experience in professional services with a financial analysis focus (e.g. audit, accounting, M&A advisory). Prior M&A advisory experience is not a requirement, but definitely an asset. Undergraduate business degree required - Major in Finance or Accounting preferred, with strong record of academic achievement CPA, CFA or CBV preferred Strong understanding of finance and accounting, with experience in financial modeling and analysis (i.e. income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting) Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills Strong attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Energetic, inquisitive self-starter with ability to work in a collaborative team environment Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Compensation Salary of $80,000 - $90,000, plus an annual bonus How to Apply If you would like to be considered for this position, please submit your resume in PDF format through LinkedIn .
