Food Service Supervisor Hiring for Our Client''s Fast Food Restaurant We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor on behalf of our client. The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize efficiency. Responsibilities 1. Team Management Supervise and train staff. Schedule shifts and provide guidance and performance feedback. 2. Customer Service Excellence Ensure prompt, friendly service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. 3. Food Quality and Safety Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. Enforce food safety regulations and conduct inspections. 4. Operational Efficiency Manage inventory and control costs. Streamline processes to maximize efficiency. 5. Training and Development Provide comprehensive training to employees. Promote a culture of continuous learning and growth. 6. Administrative Duties Prepare reports, including production and quality metrics. Schedule 8-hour shifts. Day, evening, and morning shifts available. Monday to Friday with weekend availability. Work Location: On-site/In person. Job Type Full-time, Permanent. Salary $17.50 per hour. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry for candidates inside Canada. 3 years of experience for candidates outside Canada. English Language Proficiency: CLB 6 minimum. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Strong communication and leadership skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
