Ready to hustle in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. What You''ll Actually Do: Sales Superstar Moves: Call inbound leads, talk to people about their health/exercise background & goals, follow up like a pro, and turn curious browsers into dedicated F45 fans. You''ll be a core member of our 3-Person Studio Growth team and you''ll learn how to take a boutique fitness studio to max capacity. Community Builder: Be a friendly face in the studio, at in-person and neighbourhood events and online, making people feel like they belong. You''ll be ready to greet walk-ins and hand out flyers & chat with people walking by the studio. Fitness Coach (20%): Lead classes a few shifts a week to stay connected to the vibe. Evening and weekend availability required. The Prep Work (Because We Set You Up for Success): Start date: Flexible start date anytime between now and May 15, but were interviewing & ready to make an offer NOW. Between your offer acceptance and your start date, you will attend 3-4 F45 classes per week to get immersed (well cover the cost if youre not local yet) and complete our preferred Personal Trainer and CPR certifications (if you dont have them already). Requirements: 0-3 years of full-time work experience (plus side hustles, internships, etc.). You are bubbly, energetic and extraverted - you love people & finding out what motivates them! Sales, customer service, or people-facing role experience. Passion for fitness, but connecting with others is where you shine. Must live in (or be ready to move to) Parkdale/Roncy/High Park. You must live within a 15 min walk of 1558 Queen Street West for this role. Evening & weekend availability REQUIRED and this is an on-site position. This is not a remote role.
