Position Details: Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours per week) Compensation: $85,000 $100,000 per annum (based on experience) Location: Gastown, Vancouver & Remote About the Role The Manager of Finance will play a key strategic role in supporting the Executive Director, Internal Systems & Audit , by overseeing financial management for Atiras property portfolio. This role is vital to ensuring long-term financial stability and growth through effective budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. The Manager of Finance will collaborate closely with property managers and senior leadership to optimize cash flow, capital expenditures, and investment strategies . Additional responsibilities include leading the finance team, streamlining financial processes, preparing reports for stakeholders, and fostering relationships with auditors, lenders, and regulatory bodies . Key Responsibilities: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Atiras property portfolio. Optimize cash flow management and capital expenditures. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Advise on investment strategies and financial sustainability. Lead and mentor the finance team , fostering a culture of excellence. Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with auditors, lenders, and regulatory bodies. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes.
