You will bring experience in scheduling, operations, recruitment, and office administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your scheduling and operations career! What you would do: Responsible for scheduling staff and driving the non-billable overtime numbers to a minimum by applying creative and strategic scheduling solutions. Manage all pay rates and overtime for each employee to ensure employment standards are being followed. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person). Oversee the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures. Provide support to recruitment activities; ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process. Work closely with site supervisors/managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site. Other tasks/assignments as required by the supervisor. What would you bring: 2+ years of experience in operations coordination and scheduling. Ontario Security License is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize information in a fast-paced environment. Diploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not required. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license issued by the province of Ontario. Sound judgment and decision-making skills with a 'hands-on' problem-solving approach, able to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents.
