It is within this context that SickKids Foundation is seeking a new Vice President, Corporate and Community Partnerships. DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: As the Vice President, Corporate and Community Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission and ensuring that every child receives the best possible care. You will lead and inspire our corporate, cause marketing, and community event partnerships fundraising teams. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strategic and innovative mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, expertise in partnership development, and deep understanding of community engagement to drive transformational growth through successful national and international fundraising campaigns. You will serve as a member of the senior management team contributing to the organizations strategies, plans, and successes. The Vice President reports to the Chief Development Officer (CDO). YOU WILL: Advance the mission, vision, and values of the Foundation. Work in partnership with senior management colleagues to execute the Foundations strategic plan. Build and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders. Support and contribute to a positive organizational culture. Develop an overarching vision for the fundraising portfolios. Provide strategic leadership and create a cohesive strategy for partnerships. Oversee the development of multi-year fundraising plans. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making. Develop, lead, attract, and inspire a diverse team. Support the fundraising teams efforts to achieve annual revenue targets. About the company: Your donations directly support SickKids Foundation.
