Purpose of Position: As a Senior Associate, Recruitment Services, you''ll be a key member of our team, contributing to successful contract and permanent placements. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with both candidates and clients. Responsibilities: Managing search assignments with clients from start to finish. Presenting candidate profiles and providing detailed explanations of candidate selections. Guiding candidates and clients through the interview process, addressing concerns, and working towards successful outcomes. Negotiating employment terms. Conducting candidate references, assessments, and background checks. Screening resumes and conducting initial phone and video interviews. Proactively sourcing candidates through various platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our internal database (Bullhorn). Engaging with current and previous candidates via phone, email, and social media. Maintaining a positive and customer-centric approach. Actively contributing to process improvement and team success. Qualifications: Designated CPA (required). While recruitment experience is a plus, we encourage CPAs seeking a career change to apply! 3+ years'' experience in either A) Customer Service with a proven track record of positive customer experiences OR B) Administration with strong project management skills. A strong drive to succeed, a sense of urgency, and a desire for accomplishment. Enthusiastic and personable with a genuine interest in working with people.
