Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Performs consolidation procedures to roll up the overall P&L, run analysis of key variances and prepares summary of results for senior management Supports key month-end, forecast, and budget processes by reviewing operating results, identifying key trends and risks, gaps to target and areas of improvements Supports in preparation of financial packages for senior management, highlighting the most relevant and important findings Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring process changes are appropriately implemented, documented and communicated Works closely with business leaders and Finance partners to provide financial advice and service that supports the financial management activities of the Group/portfolio. Maintain existing financial models or create new models to drive quantitative insights to support business decisions and/or scenario planning and long-term forecasting (5-7 years) Takes initiative in driving meaningful ad-hoc analysis for business partners and the Finance management team Identify and address additional business partner needs as they arise Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field MBA, CFA or CPA are a plus 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; Microsoft PowerPoint Experience with financial software and ERP systems such as SAP a plus Strong business acumen and capability to link finance to the business operations Superior critical thinking skills, ability to analyze complex situations and determine appropriate course of action where there are little or no established precedents Strong attention to detail: working in a conscientious, consistent and thorough manner Excellent written communication skills to convey and resolve issues in a clear and concise manner Proven ability to work strategically with the business, build relationships, and be a trusted business partner Must be able to work independently and as a member of a Finance and Business Unit team
