Job Description

Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technician services (We are currently looking for a Gestor de Proyectos (Logstica/Operaciones/Personal)/ Project Specialist (Logistics/Operations/Staff) to join our team in Toronto, Canada. - Starting Date: March 2025 - Contract : Permanent, through Protecnium Canada. - Language and Level Required: English, High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Must), Spanish (Native) (Must), French High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Ideal). - Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, 2 hours of lunch break. - 100% remote (it requires visiting employees on site around 2-3 times per week). - Responsibilities: Give continuous support to 20 - 25 employees, both Spanish and English speakers. Responsible for the VISA & Legal requirements follow-up for new employees (documentation, legal counselling, embassy appointments, etc.) Handle the logistics induction of new staff at the workplace (qualifications, tests, contracts, insurance, car assignment, delivery of work equipment, booking flight tickets to the destination country, hotel reservations, etc). Exhaustive control of the maximum spending on each project. Manage of budgets, contracts with clients and invoices. Full support and resolution of any incident with the employees in charge (at any time). -Requirements and skills: Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or similar field. A Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects related to logistics, operations and staff. Budget management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (must) Knowledge of Business Central Software (not a must) or similar software. Interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities. -Benefits: Working for an international company currently expanding. Salary accordingly to experience. 22 paid vacation days.
