Marketing Specialist - Team Lead (Agency) Do you excel in the high-energy world of agency marketing? BubbleUP Marketing is seeking a Strategic Marketing Lead to join our vibrant and hardworking team. This role is the thinker and planner. This role focuses on campaign planning, client satisfaction, and guiding the team toward strategic success. Reporting to the General Manager, youll partner daily with marketing specialists and our sales team to deliver outstanding results. The main focus of this role is ideation, planning, and campaign strategy. We are not looking for individual department staff at this time (copy, design, ads, etc). You are the one coaching and mentoring the team to greatness, not writing the copy, making the creatives, or scheduling the posts. Leadership and full-scale marketing experience are non-negotiable. Agency experience is non-negotiable for this role, as the pace and expectations differ greatly from an internal marketing position. Client Relationship Management Serve as the key accounts client liaison, offer strategic guidance, build trust, and drive retention. Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists and client teams to maintain efficient, timely communication. Ensure proactive communication with clients to anticipate needs, mitigate challenges, and maintain alignment. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management Work with the strategic team to develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies, ensuring KPIs are met and within budget. Monitor campaign performance, set and track benchmarks/KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, web development) to ensure seamless execution aligned with client objectives. Craft unique ideas and out-of-the-box advertisements and messaging for client campaigns, leveraging a complete understanding of marketing strategies and tools. Conduct meetings to review account performance, refine strategies, and discuss future initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with digital marketing, web, design, and copywriting teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across all platforms. Align brand strategies with overall business goals, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels. Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage industry trends, market research, and analytics to shape strategies and inform decisions. Regularly review performance metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI. Account Growth & Upselling Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts. Recommend services to existing clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to increase opportunities Project Management & Delivery Ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of projects while continuously monitoring performance. Utilize project management tools to manage timelines, budgets, and tasks efficiently. Promptly communicate changes in services, budget, or deadlines to relevant teams and clients. Client Onboarding & Process Improvement Lead the onboarding of new clients, participating in strategy sessions to define objectives and ensure smooth transitions. Collaborate with operations to refine processes, create/edit SOPs, and support team members in executing client needs. Team Leadership (non-negotiable) Provide constructive feedback and guide marketing specialists with insightful questions about the how and why behind their tactics. Delegate tasks effectively, monitor team workloads, and ensure deadlines are met. Review and refine marketing materials to maintain quality and consistency across all touchpoints. Attend and/or lead department meetings and provide ideas and strategies on accounts.
