We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations strategies that drive growth and elevate brand presence. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will oversee all external and internal marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative, spearheading high-impact campaigns, and positioning the organization as a market leader. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated, forward-thinking marketing strategy that supports organizational goals, enhances brand equity, and drives business results. Brand Stewardship: Serve as the organization's chief Brand Ambassador, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across all internal and external channels. Integrated Campaign Management: Design and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms to enhance customer engagement, market differentiation, and ROI. Digital Marketing Excellence: Champion innovative digital marketing strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize advanced analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, inform strategic adjustments, and report outcomes to key stakeholders. Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring financial stewardship and alignment with business priorities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies, including PR firms, creative teams, and digital partners, to execute marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging. Community Engagement: Cultivate partnerships with local and provincial tourism organizations, drive sponsorship programs, and champion community involvement initiatives to enhance the organizations profile and impact. Team Leadership: Mentor and coach direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling professional growth. Manage relationship with outside firms i.e. PR agency, website/creative firms. Creative Oversight: Review and approve promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing assets to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 7+ years of senior-level marketing experience, ideally within the Hospitality, Tourism, or related industries. Demonstrated success in crafting and executing marketing and communications strategies that drive business growth and brand differentiation. Expertise in content strategy, campaign development, and performance marketing. Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams. Experience managing budgets, external partnerships, and cross-functional collaborations. Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills. A deep understanding of regional market dynamics and opportunities is an asset.
