We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Personal Lines Manager to join our team at our Brampton office. In this management position, you will support the daily operations of the personal lines department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. You will also be responsible for guiding a team of brokers and customer service representatives while continuing to develop your leadership skills within the personal insurance sector. Key Responsibilities: Leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of personal lines brokers and support staff to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency. Help manage team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement and training. Work with clients to address their insurance needs, offering solutions related to auto, home, and tenant insurance. Implement strategies that enhance sales, improve customer retention, and meet department goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding personal lines insurance. Assist with preparing and analyzing reports to track team performance and departmental goals. Support the team in maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, ensuring clients receive competitive rates and coverage options. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure clients are satisfied with services provided. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes, sharing knowledge with team members. Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives aimed at growing the personal lines book of business. Qualifications: RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a desire to grow into a leadership role. Strong knowledge of personal lines products (auto, home, tenant insurance) and insurance processes. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in insurance software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
