Join us and be a key player in ensuring our high-speed processing and packaging equipment run smoothly, contributing to our mission of delivering quality food products to the market. Payrate $43.75/hr +shift premiums Shift Schedules: 3-Shift Rotation: Day Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM Midnight Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Sunday to Thursday) Why Join Us? What You''ll Do: Hands-On Repair & Maintenance: Oversee the repair and maintenance of a variety of packaging, processing, and material handling equipment. Your expertise will keep our operations running seamlessly. Preventative Maintenance: Proactively implement Preventative Maintenance programs to minimize downtime and boost productivity. Facility Upkeep: Perform necessary facility repairs to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Process, Production, QA, and R&D teams, and participate in training initiatives to enhance line efficiency. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all tasks are completed safely and comply with industry standards. Report any food safety or quality issues to the appropriate personnel. Project Assistance: Support capital and maintenance projects to drive continuous improvement. Who You Are: Certified Professional: Licensed Millwright (433A) with exceptional mechanical skills. Detail-Oriented: Razor-sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. Effective Communicator: Able to take and give clear verbal and written instructions. Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical and electronic aptitude, with the ability to perform basic calculations. Physically Capable: Ready to bend frequently and lift heavy equipment as needed. Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative team environment and can prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
