Transloader Sales Representative Location: Schnell Industries Inc., Winkler, MB, Canada In Office position only, Must be willing to work in-office at our Winkler, MB location. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated in-house sales representative to drive Transloader sales. The ideal candidate is goal driven, results oriented, and eager to win. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Daily Tasks: Respond to all assigned leads promptly. Make follow-up calls and send emails to potential and existing customers. Create quotes and set up video calls with leads. Maintain strong customer relationships by following up with past buyers for referrals and support. Accurately manage the Zoho CRM pipeline. Sales & Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Take ownership of every lead and ensure no opportunity is left unattended. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new customers via LinkedIn, lead lists, and industry contacts. Conduct cold calls to generate new business. Learning & Development: Dedicate time each day to personal and professional growth. Participate in team discussions and continuous learning activities. Customer Visits: Plan visits to new/existing customers and trade shows. Collaborate with the team to organize flights, hotels, and trip agendas. What Were Looking For: Skills & Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing sales. Strong phone presence and the ability to close deals via phone and video calls. Ability to build accurate quotes tailored to customer needs. Tech-savvy, comfortable with video conferencing and CRM software. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide customer solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
