Job Description

Duration: 6 Month Contract (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite) Overview: Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support initiatives related software to software implementations. Qualifications and skills : Minimum 8 years experience as a Business Analyst. Experience in developing and delivering detailed requirements. Experience working on enterprise level programs and familiarity with BA methodologies and tools. Exceptional written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of stakeholders. Strategic, critical and analytical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving. Influence and engage all levels of stakeholders and support change. Must be: flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment and changing situations a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Responsibilities : Work closely with the project team and key stakeholders to elicit information required to produce BA and Training deliverables as needed. Business Requirement Documents Process modeling Gap Assessment Risk Assessment Test Plan / Test Case Training Plan Ensure adherence to the organizational IT methodologies, use of their BA standard templates as well as the specific Solution Delivery processes and standards. Liaise with the IT group for additional guidance on IT BA standards. Ensure all project documentation and deliverables are stored in the official SharePoint project repository. Ensure that project decisions are formally documented as per IT Methodology. Provide reporting and status updates to the IT team as required. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies and procedures. Deliverables Strategy Analysis Stakeholder Identification and Analysis Discover Current State and Determine Future State in terms of Organizational Structure and Roles, Process, Policy and Procedure, Applications, Infrastructure and Data. Risk Assessment Benefit and Measures Identification Requirements Analysis, Requirements Management and Solution Design Perform Gap Analysis Work with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize Business, Functional, Non-Functional and Transition Requirements. Work with technical and vendor teams to elicit technical requirements. Trace all requirements through design, testing and quality assurance. Assist in the determination of solutions with associated costs and risks. Coordinate requirement and business design approvals/changes. Solution Implementation Assist technical teams in understanding requirements and business design so that effective technical solutions are implemented. Build out people, policy, and process deliverables. Transition to operations Build Support and Governance models with technical teams. Quality Assurance Develop test strategy & test plan.
