National Account Executive Canada Drake International is looking for a results-oriented National Account Executive for Western Canada. Reporting to the Director of National and Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in an assigned region by expanding Drake Internationals solutions to the current customer base and developing a new customer base to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. This role offers a hybrid work model. You will conduct in-depth needs analysis of potential clients to penetrate target markets and work with field teams to ensure strategic alignment and streamlined consistent client delivery. Responsibilities: Increasing corporate visibility within current and desired high-value, National and Strategic Accounts at the highest level (President, CIO, CPO, Senior VPs, Procurement, etc.) through regular executive calls, meetings, executive presentations, and delivery of top-tier value-added programs. Successfully identifying and managing a prospect list to acquire new National and Strategic Accounts that align with Drake Internationals long-term growth strategy. Conducting needs analysis investigations, targeted sales calls, and participating in networking activities to ensure Drake International increases their National and Strategic client base, maximizes their presence in the current marketplace, and creates new market opportunities. Responsible for attaining overall individual and team revenue goals, increasing account share, developing high-level business contacts and relationships, and achieving forecasted margin and profitability targets. Developing in-depth account plans and strategies with appropriate contacts, activities, and timelines attached. Meeting with key client stakeholders on a regular basis to enhance company position, present value-added solutions to the relationship; acting as a senior level contact to proactively mitigate and resolve significant challenges while exceeding an elevated level of client satisfaction. Act in a consultative capacity with all team members regarding the overall operation of established accounts; ensuring efficient and effective processes and procedures are in place to properly support and maintain account activity and contract compliance. Developing and maintaining centralized customer intelligence repository within our ATS/CRM tool. Managing all contract related issues including initiation and negotiation of new master agreements, contract compliance, and acting as a central point of contact to client for all related administrative matters. Monitoring competitor markets including pricing, weaknesses and strengths, delivery methodology, and technology. Monitoring, managing, engaging, and developing network for selected RFP/RFI/RFQ where relationships exist to execute on successful targeted response. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field or 5+ years equivalent work experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. Proven track record of success in business development and/or client account expansion success with complex and long sales cycles. Demonstrated knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment and B2B sales. Strong negotiation skills and ability to produce win-win scenarios. Ability to motivate and partner within multiple internal teams. Ability to influence decision making at all levels within client organizations. Experience managing national scope partnerships. Strong analytical skills (market, financial, and operational performance). Strong understanding of the RFP process. Exceptional communication and presentation skills both verbal and written (Bilingualism is an asset).
