The Role Reporting to the Senior Director, MOXIES Marketing & Brand, you will be responsible developing regional marketing plans, along with other important elements of the business including, TOD (take-out & delivery) and Gift Cards. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of how MOXIES guests needs, attitudes behaviors, and their ideal dining experiences may differ by market. You will be responsible for ensuring that our national MOXIES marketing campaigns are effectively rolled out in-store and work with our restaurant operators to create themed, localized marketing plans for regional clusters of restaurants. You will build strong relationships with our operators (both corporate and franchise) and national vendors. You will work closely with other departments in developing, executing, and optimizing program strategies, including objectives, actions, timelines, measurement processes, and KPIs. The Senior Marketing Manager will also have a key role in the launch of marketing plans for our new restaurant openings and re-openings. You will become obsessed with making Moxies Famous and driving guest count. A Typical day: Support the roll-out of national campaigns, ensuring effective execution in-store Lead the Local Store Marketing strategy and own the end-to-end LSM process including budgeting and cost-control, marketing calendars, campaign briefs, workback schedules, creative approvals, asset trafficking to media channels/stores, internal roll-out communications, and post-campaign reporting and analytics Foster strong relationships with our restaurant operators to increase marketing participation and effectiveness at the store level Main point of contact with our national vendors, building strong campaigns that put Moxies at the forefront and securing as much support and marketing dollars as possible Work with stores to assess which local/regional community events, partnerships, promotional channels they should be a part of and support with marketing tactics. Collaborate with key stakeholders internally (marketing leaders, operations leaders, GMs, Franchisees) to ensure adequate timelines are set and met for campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and ROI reporting Build the marketing calendar for LTO, TOD & Gift Card executions, ensuring brand presence during pivotal moments (Holidays, long weekends, etc.) Explore and build new partnerships that offer turn-key solutions, pushing our TOD & Gift Cards programs Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive analysis in each region Manage the LSM, Gift Card & TOD budgets Manage the LSM coordinator, including weekly status meetings, priorities, development and performance evaluations About You: You are a self-starter; you thrive on identifying areas of opportunity and make informed recommendations on how to develop and execute these initiatives You have a passion for hospitality and storytelling across various marketing channels Youre able to see the bigger picture and prioritize tasks accordingly Youre not afraid to ask for help when you need it! You shine when you can pass on knowledge about your craft and gather requirements from stakeholders. You can articulate your thoughts clearly, with various audiences, including executives, peers and partners. You have a minimum of 8 years of relevant marketing experience You have a degree or diploma in a marketing related field You want to work in a positive and collaborative environment and are dedicated to both the growth and development of the business as well as yourself Other details This is a mat-leave contract of approximately 14 months This role based out of one of our locations within the GTA with a hybrid onsite/remote work policy.
