Empowering People Extraordinary Performance Start Your Next Opportunity with IAMGOLD Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, the Director, Total Rewards oversees global compensation programs, including executive compensation and HRCC-related activities, and contributes to the annual Management Information Circular (MIC). Executive Compensation Program Design & Oversight: Partner with external consultants to ensure executive and director compensation plans (Base Pay, Cash and Equity Retainers, CIP, EIP) remain competitive. Annual Cycle Management: Oversee executive compensation processes, including pay, incentives, equity components, and Total Rewards Statements. Governance: Prepare HRCC materials and ensure regulatory compliance for public companies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to finalize MIC content. Non-Executive Compensation Annual Process Management: Lead year-end compensation processes, including system setup, data validation, site training, and communication. Market Competitiveness: Conduct market analysis, develop salary budget recommendations, and manage global job architecture and evaluation. Advisory Support: Provide expert guidance on global and expatriate compensation policies. Pension & Benefits Program Leadership: Oversee benefits and pension programs for Canadian and expatriate employees. Vendor Management: Ensure cost-effective and compliant program delivery. Additional Responsibilities Manage share-based compensation programs, including ESPP, equity grants, and vesting. Lead the Cash Incentive Plan (CIP) design and approval process. Drive Total Rewards initiatives, such as policy implementation, compensation statement deployment, and HRIS integration. What You Need to Succeed BA in Business, HR, or related field. 10+ years in compensation, benefits, and pension management, with expertise in public companies and strict regulatory environments. Strong background in executive compensation, equity plans, and global Total Rewards programs. Strategic thinking, business acumen, data analytics, advanced Excel proficiency, and global communication skills.
