We are looking for a committed and hands-on Service Supervisor to oversee all service activities, taking ownership of customer issues and ensuring timely resolutions. Hiring Location : Estevan, SK, Oxbow, SK, Regina, SK Key Responsibilities will include: Developing and updating training material to train customers on Axiom equipment Technical support for internal and external contacts Processing warranty claims from customers and filing claims to suppliers Travel to address major issues/key client training as needed Exports and inputs all service orders to and from MCS. Creates a SO in MCS to track parts and/or labor for warranty claims Writes all service orders for customer equipment in house or in-field to be repaired Build operators, service, and parts manuals for our proprietary equipment Participating and supporting R&D in new product design or changes Facilitate internal & external training & skill development Customer Case Management - ensure all service tickets are addressed in a timely manner The ideal candidate will have: Shop Safety Mechanically minded, ideally with mechanical trade certification with industrial equipment High knowledge in reading electrical schematics Practical skills in troubleshooting and repairing generators/light towers (Red Seal mechanic would be an asset) Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Applications Experience providing customer service and support Excellent communication (phone & emails) skills, including de-escalation Ability to comprehend and communicate detailed instructions orally and in writing Available for international travel Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership Hours of work: 7:00 5:00pm Job Type: Full-time, permanent, on-site Axiom Equipment Group offers a competitive wage and benefit package, dynamic work environment, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
