Our team of experts specializes in chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage, osteopathic therapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, and fascial stretch therapy. We are looking for a Physiotherapist specializing in Orthopaedic and Pelvic Health to join our dynamic team. Note: This is a full or part-time, permanent, in-clinic role based in Calgary. Who You Are We are looking for individuals who fit one of these profiles: Emerging Talent New graduates eager to develop their expertise with strong mentorship and structured learning. Experienced Professionals Those with an existing patient base looking to integrate into a dynamic, high-quality clinic while maintaining their independence. Ideal candidates will: Be personable, kind, and progressive in their approach to patient care. Exhibit a strong work ethic while valuing balance and sustainability in their careers. Be motivated to build their practice while 60% of the caseload is ready for them, they should be willing to engage in networking, community education, and patient outreach. Be excited to expand their own community within the clinic. Your Roles and Responsibilities: Manage patient care with professionalism and expertise. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and leadership to ensure seamless coordination of care. Oversee patient files, bookings, referrals, and follow-ups. Maintain up-to-date chart notes, referral documentation, and imaging requisitions. Stay engaged in continuous learning and professional development. Participate in community engagement and patient education initiatives. What Were Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: Active physiotherapy license in Alberta, Canada (or plans to apply). Valid malpractice insurance in Alberta (or plans to apply). Completion of, or enrolment in, Level 1, 2, and 3 Pelvic Health Solutions courses (or equivalent). Clinical experience or coursework in incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain disorders, perinatal care, and dyspareunia. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in acupuncture, dry needling, or other needling techniques. Previous clinic experience (resident physiotherapists are encouraged to apply!). Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (e.g., Jane App) and communication tools (Gmail, WhatsApp, etc.). Interest in trauma-informed care and working with vulnerable populations.
