Overall Responsibilities The Manager, International Regulatory Affairs will oversee all elements of international regulatory affairs for Jamieson Laboratories. This includes the preparation and maintenance of regulatory submissions to various international government regulatory bodies. The position requires regular interaction with the international sales and marketing department, all S&T areas, as well as international customers, requiring a dynamic individual able to seamlessly liaise regulatory requirements with the needs of the business. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Overseeing the assembly and tracking of registration dossiers in a timely and accurate manner Motivate and lead the International Regulatory Team Support corporate and departmental objectives by ensuring regulatory projects are completed correctly and on time. Develop, maintain and monitor processes to help the department meet its performance targets and efficiency goals Identifying creative solutions for overcoming international regulatory challenges Identifying new opportunities for International sales within the regulatory environment Reviewing ingredients/formulas for alternate markets based on regulatory requirements Reviewing technical documentation generated, from both internal and external sources, for international registrations Reviewing international labels for compliance Will comply with Good Manufacturing Practices in all GMP sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements Bachelors of Science in Nutrition, Food Science, Biomedical Science or an appropriate Life Science from an accredited post-secondary institution Minimum of three (3) years of natural health product/dietary supplement experience Significant experience registering natural health type products in international markets Highly skilled in reviewing, assessing, communicating and presenting scientific research Outstanding capacity to manage time, staff, and multi-faceted projects High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability Effective communication skills; other language fluency an asset Our Values ACCOUNTABILITY: We do what we say.
