Project Opportunity The Cross Fraser Partnership team that will collaborate with the Province through the development phase is comprised of Bouygues Construction Canada Inc., Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas Canada Ltd., and Pomerleau BC Inc. Main Responsibilities Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure (registration, uploading, transmitting) including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence. Follow up with all discipline personnel for action items. Ensure document data accuracy follows implemented procedures and policies. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. Manage the flow of documentation within the organization and with external project entities. Retrieve files as requested by individuals from different disciplines. Create electronic workflows. Check quality of documents and manage upcoming issues. Teaming up with other documentation groups. Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed. Education and Qualifications Diploma or degree in a related discipline, or a combination of education, training & experience in Document Management. Minimum 3 years of experience computerized document control in construction or civil engineering environment. Knowledge and experience using Aconex document management system. Job Requirements Proficiency in electronic file management and PDF software. Advanced knowledge of EDMS and related software applications such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Aconex, Bluebeam, Unifier, and SharePoint. Ability to interpret, implement, and document processes, procedures, and workflows. Knowledge of project documentation and engineering terminology. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal, communication skills. Fluency in English.
