About the Role Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth and strengthening our sales force to expand market share in Ontario. Compensation is tied to total branch sales revenue, with ambitious targets in place. The role involves developing quarterly strategic plans for key industries and customers, tracking progress, and optimizing sales performance. With a strong sales background, the manager will prioritize time efficiency, proactive prospecting, and regular follow-ups. They will also support the team in high-stakes negotiations and deal closures. By leveraging industry expertise, strategic thinking, and a strong professional reputation, they will transform the way clients operate. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Drive sales growth and meet targets by effectively leading the team. Leverage industry knowledge and connections to expand the Ontario market and grow the Toronto branch. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales performance. Engage with potential clients and support the team in closing key deals. Experience & Skills Proven success in sales management and market development. Deep understanding of the construction, industrial, or agricultural sectors (telehandlers, cranes, mini/medium loaders). Strong track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams. Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and a focus on execution. Committed to CRM utilization for tracking and optimizing sales efforts.
