Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Market Growth: Identify and vigorously pursue new business opportunities to boost sales, revenue, and market share for Davies through organic efforts. Develop and execute strategic plans to secure new business opportunities with leading banking and insurance institutions. Drive measurable revenue growth, with annual sales targets of: FY25: 1m FY26: 3m FY27: 5m Lifecycle Management: Lead all aspects of the client acquisition lifecycle, including account planning, pipeline development, opportunity pursuit, deal proposal, client procurement, contract negotiation, and revenue realization for Davies solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions tailored to clients needs, ensuring an integrated and seamless client experience with Davies. Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the financial services sector to position Davies as a trusted advisor. Conduct regular client visits and reviews to stay informed of clients'' evolving needs and proactively address issues. Strengthen client relationships and alliances to drive client satisfaction and loyalty with Davies offerings. Market Awareness & Brand Promotion: Promote market awareness of Davies services, offerings, credentials, and capabilities through thought leadership and industry engagement. Participate in industry events and conferences to build professional relationships, enhance Davies brand visibility, and gain market intelligence. Strategic Leadership: Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market expertise to improve Davies win ratio, reduce deal cycle times, and achieve higher profitability. Understand client problems and provide tailored solutions by leveraging Davies resources to deliver business resolutions.
