This role requires deep expertise in AS400 (iSeries/IBMi) platforms and COBOL development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with Business System Analysts, Project Managers, and Technical Program Managers, contributing to application development, system enhancements, and the creation of new features. This role also requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain AS400 (iSeries/IBMi) applications using COBOL, DB400/DB2 400, and CL. Enhance existing systems and develop new features to support business requirements. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand system needs and provide optimized solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
