The Role: The Account Executive will serve as a key liaison between our clients and the agency, focusing on supporting and managing brand initiatives. This role involves overseeing fast-paced, multi-faceted projects and ensuring seamless coordination between our clients, internal teams, and external partners. What your typical day will look like: Client Management: Build trust and nurture relationships with the clients Be seen as a genuine partner eager to solve marketing challenges, flexible, kind, proactive, and possessing a sense of urgency Demonstrate the ability to identify what makes an inspiring creative brief and be able to help assist clients in developing agency briefs Follow-through and follow-up with clients are a must Project Management: Assist and manage projects of varying sizes, from campaign ideation to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the studio, creative, media, and social teams Coordinate internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality work Oversee the activation and execution of campaigns, including broadcast, digital, social, out-of-home, and print Develop estimates and manage project budgets to ensure proper forecasting and tracking Complete trafficking documents for digital and video assets Lead competitive pulls and reviews Open dockets for all initiatives Update status document Strategic Planning: Assist senior leads in developing brand strategies that align with objectives and goals Identify market trends and competitive insights or opportunities for the brand Performance Tracking: o Collaborate with our performance teams to monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders Present internally and to clients confidently Clearly identify and summarize the next steps for all projects Lead team status meetings and write and send contact reports What You Bring: 2+ years of experience managing integrated campaigns in an advertising agency Proven track record of managing campaigns on budget and on time Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Keynote is preferred A passion for automotive is a plus An understanding of KPIs and performance reporting is a plus A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, is preferred The Skills and Qualities that make you stand out: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
