About the Role The Director of Sales/Associate Vice President of Sales will play a critical role in shaping and executing a unified sales and marketing strategy across Canada and the U.S. This individual will report to the executive leadership team and oversee cross-border sales operations, marketing initiatives, and customer relationship management while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
