We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Operations and Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a versatile individual who will be responsible for supporting office and studio operations, assisting with content production needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires you to be able to commute to and from work daily during standard business hours. Additionally, flexibility is essential, as there may be occasions where extended hours are required to meet business needs. In such cases, the company may consider staggered hours to accommodate workload demands while ensuring business priorities are met. Key Responsibilities: Office and Studio Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of office, kitchen, and studio spaces. Assist with general upkeep, including regular cleaning of the studio, office, and upstairs areas. Prepare knives and other tools for photoshoots and events. Protect prototypes from other inventory (and non suitable eyes if applicable) Inventory and Product Management: Organize, count, and track inventory to maintain an accurate internal inventory list. Set up and maintain a return stock tracker for returned items. Manage package receiving and handling of returns. Front-Facing Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for deliveries, storage, and front-office interactions. Greet guests and oversee the front entrance area, with potential for redesigning the space to include an admin desk. Content Management and Organization: Manage Google Drive assets, ensuring consistent naming conventions and file organization. Maintain and enforce structured file management for both current and historical content. Talent and Event Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings with talent and clientele. Help organize and confirm talent participation for shoots and events. Source locations, talent, and external resources for studio needs. Grocery and Studio Sourcing: Source groceries and other supplies for shoots and events as required. Technical and Administrative Support: Collaborate with the content and product teams to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate tasks through Slack and other communication channels. Qualitifcations addtion: Experience as a production assistant in media studios/film sets or production companies is a plus Qualifications & Requirements: Must be located in or around Toronto and available to work onsite at least 4 days per week. Occasional offsite work for tasks such as file management. Proven experience in an operational, administrative, or content coordination role. Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Experience with Google Drive and file organization best practices. Mechanical aptitude and basic technical troubleshooting skills. Strong accountability and critical thinking skills. Previous experience in a production, studio, or content-related environment is an asset.
