Callow & Associates (is a Microsoft Dynamics and Solver consultancy located in Calgary, Alberta. We partner with our clients to improve their business processes by providing Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions as well as budgeting and planning requirements by leveraging Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools. As a Solver Solutions Consultant (you will be instrumental in the implementation of new Solver implementation projects as well as supporting existing implementations. You will work as part of a team that is experiencing rapid growth and is at the forefront of new opportunities within our business. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing and supporting Solver; Creating and modifying reports to meet client needs; Assisting with and creating budgeting templates; Participating in client requirements gathering; and Coordinating and providing user training. Required Professional experience and qualifications: Experienced with implementing Solver, Jet Reports, Vena, or Prophix; University degree financial accounting major preferred; Knowledge of accounting principles and business processes; Ability to manage client relationships; Experience in creating financial reports; Strong Excel skills; and Excellent written and spoken English skills. Experience in or understanding of the following areas is considered an asset: Financials (general ledger, financial statements, budgeting); Data warehousing and SQL Server database structure; Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or similar tools; and, Experience with ETL tools such as Microsoft SQL Server SSRS. Other key skills: Excellent time management, communication, problem solving, and creative thinking. Strong aptitude for learning; and, Highly motivated self-starter.
