Your New Role You will be joining a very stable and tenured team of two senior Law Clerks, whom the role will be reporting to and supporting whilst they support the in-house Lawyers. As a Junior Corporate Law Clerk, your role will, in the beginning, focus largely on providing administrative support and handling compliance matters. We''re looking for a junior Clerk who is experienced enough to manage Ontario, Federal and Provincial filings, preferable with LLC experience, general partnership and ltd partnership agreements, filings, incorporations, annual resolutions, maintaining and updating minute books. What You Will Need To Succeed We''re seeking a Corporate Law Clerk with a minimum of two years of experience in a corporate practice, either in-house or in a law firm who is looking for a rewarding in-house career with plenty of upward mobility and opportunities for continued learning, growth and development. What You Will Get In Return This rare in-house opportunity offers THREE remote working days per week, competitive salary ranging from $80,000-85,000 (depending on experience) 3-4 weeks of vacation, medical and dental benefits from day one and RRSP matching.
