Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with development teams to understand features and functionalities. Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide feedback from a testing perspective. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with team members and stakeholders.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 5-8 years of experience in functional testing and Salesforce testing (e.g, Selenium, QTP). Financial industry experience. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required. The project is for international banking.Nice-To-Have Skills: Certification in Salesforce or QA is a plus. Experience with test automation. Knowledge of regression and performance testing. Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). Experience with SQL and SOQL.
