Here is the traditional job posting if you are interested in reading it: Job Description Title: IT Project Manager Reports To: Vice President of Operations Summary of Position: The IT Project Manager oversees projects and manages a small team, emphasizing strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves setting project objectives, planning technical delivery, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Accountabilities: Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Mentor and lead project team members. Foster key business relationships with clients and third-party vendors. Lead all project phases from initiation to completion. Define and manage project scope, goals, budget and outcomes with leadership and stakeholders. Conduct project retrospectives to identify successful practices and areas for improvement. Adherence and understanding of HUBs defined processes and help develop new ones. Maintaining a commitment to business quality and delivering legendary client service. Resolving client inquiries expeditiously and professionally. Efficient communication skills, in both written and verbal forms, to keep clients and management aware of work status, progress, and problem-resolution Ensure accurate data entry in HUBs Professional Service Automation software. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to HUBs timekeeping and attendance policies. Work at HUBs office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST except holidays. Uphold HUBs Employee Code of Conduct. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in English. Client service expertise is essential. Exceptional ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure. At least five years of delivering IT infrastructure solutions (Microsoft Server, Networking, etc). University degree or college diploma in a related field or equivalent practical experience. At least two years of direct project management experience. PMI certifications are highly regarded. Microsoft Certifications (e.g. MCSE) are preferred. Valid Manitoba Class 5F Drivers License and access to a vehicle for company use. Legal entitlement to work in Canada. Performance Evaluation: Performance evaluations will be conducted at least every 90 days, and potential adjustments to salary or compensation will be assessed by the company at its discretion.
