Our platform helps businesses streamline operations, optimize decision-making, and drive growth through actionable insights.Were seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial person to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with both our internal tech team and external enterprise clients to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and business success. In this role, you will own the implementation of the Octup platform for Enterprise clients. You will take over from sale to implementation, ensuring the client needs are met and the internal tech team has all the information they need to deliver exception service and custom reports to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Octup's platform.Project Management: Oversee custom reporting and data integration projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and communication between clients and the tech team.Stakeholder Communication: Present product updates, project outcomes, and recommendations to enterprise clients through clear, professional presentations.Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, design tailored solutions using Octups platform, and ensure smooth implementation.Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with the tech team to manage project workflows, resolve client issues, and deliver on expectations.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve internal processes for better client outcomes and scalability.What Were Looking ForExperience:1-3 years in client management, project management, or consulting roles (preferably in SaaS or technology).Exposure to enterprise clients is a plus.Skills:Exceptional presentation and communication skills.Strong research and analytical abilities to understand client needs and industry trends.Solid project management skills, including managing deadlines and multiple priorities.Technical literacy to work effectively with engineering teams and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Personal Attributes:Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Passion for technology and innovation.Education:Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field.What We OfferA competitive salary with potential performance-based bonuses.Flexible, remote work environment.Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company.Career growth potential as Octup continues to expand it's footprint in the SaaS space.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
