About the Role: We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Sales / Account Manager Trainees. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, account management, and business development within a fast-paced, supportive environment. Infotek will provide you with comprehensive training to help you build a successful career as a seasoned account manager and sales professional. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high volumes of sales calls, scheduling meetings, and building a robust sales pipeline. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to closing and post-sale follow-up. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Senior Executives and other key client stakeholders. Collaborate with team members to strategize and meet sales targets. Represent Infoteks consulting services to Fortune 500 clients and expand client portfolios. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, screening, and selection processes to understand the full scope of professional service delivery. Who We Are Looking For: To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following attributes: Self-starter: Highly motivated, confident, and able to work independently and within a team. People-oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships. Hardworking: Strong work ethic with a drive to achieve and exceed goals. Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Education and Experience: A university degree or equivalent, OR a minimum of 2 years of cumulative relevant work experience. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or human resources is an asset. Tech-Savvy: Strong professional social media skills, especially on LinkedIn, are highly desirable.
