Job Description

Role Description As an Administrative Assistant at INTEGRIS Pension Management Corp., the key responsibility will be supporting daily operations. This role calls for a versatile individual skilled in multitasking, possessing excellent organizational abilities, and demonstrating a keen eye for detail. The primary collaboration will be with the Sales and Onboarding Team to ensure seamless Sales and Onboarding processes, along with providing administrative support to various departments. Role and Responsibilities Sales Support: Provide excellent customer service to advisors and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Assist the sales team and advisors in servicing current clients and developing new prospects. Conduct a regular review of pending activity and outstanding sales and escalate as required. Ensure satisfactory resolution of client inquiries, coordinating responses with other departments as necessary. Onboarding Support: Prioritize and organization of workflow. Collect, maintain, and review documents and get the plan registered and approved by the CRA. Work in conjunction with the compliance and actuarial department to ensure compliance regulations are followed. Maintenance of Client Management Database by uploading client information for plan registration.A dministrative Support: Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records. Handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments. Assisting with general administrative tasks as required. Coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as Adm Assistant Post-secondary in office management is a plus Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Knowledge of Pension Plan processes and Finances is a plus Bi-lingual, French/English
