Skills and Responsibilities: Knowledge of telecommunications network (3G, 4 G, 5G) Assist project manager with project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Highlight and escalate any issue early in the stage to allow mitigation in a timely manner. Follow-up with stakeholders and project manager for problematic/incomplete/not finalized activities planned. Assist project manager to drive Project activities Assist project manager to reflect accurate Project updates in JIRA including RAID log with all applicable risks by Project. Assist project manager to create, compile, and issue reports as per requirements. Liaison multiple teams to effectively manage the resource assignments in the best interest of the projects and organization. Identify and manage all project Deliverables to meet project and business objectives as well as In-Service Targets. Prepare and update project schedules, implementation plans/roadmaps, and Build status reports. Troubleshoot obstacles/conflicts and provide overall focus and leadership to cross functional project teams. Provide concise and timely reporting on deliverables including equipment orders and delivery. Establish and maintain communication channels with team members, senior management, equipment vendors, Telcos, and third parties to ensure project success. Execute work orders to complete construction activities to meet project objectives. Communicate relative/relevant project information to the project team. Review the construction reports shared by the third-party contractors Track and manage Change Orders. Review and track deficiencies and follow up with the third-party contractor regarding deficiency correction. Review civil drawings for Real Estate Department. Discuss with the Engineering team for analysis of the report for design verification/clarification and implementation. Manage tracking and ticketing solutions like NCT creation, tickets, and Call testing. Update the local tracker and internal tracker provided. Update the work.
