Join the Pros! Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Business Partner or Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for timely and effective flow of inventory into Wolseley branches. You will ensure alignment with company and departmental objectives according to replenishment tool recommendations for your designated portfolio. You will manage inventory planning activities and purchase plan execution to balance inventory levels required to achieve instock, customer fulfillment, and inventory productivity. Liaise with cross functional teams (branch operations, sales, demand planning, warehouse and distribution to capture local business intel that will impact the replenishment signal. Creates Ad Hoc Purchase Orders for NL items (On Demand) Execute and minimize Inventory Exceptions in Slim 4 tool for your assigned portfolio Collaborate with Demand Planning and Shared Purchasing to recommend forecasting and setting adjustments required to keep service levels high while maximizing investment Proactively build and maintain vendor relationships to identify potential supplier issues and execution disruptions. Replenishment path recommendations to help improve efficiencies, fill rate, inventory investment, profitability and purchasing compliance. Consistently displays a customer service attitude, sense of urgency and develops a rapport with branch contacts, cross functional teams and vendors. Follow Shared Purchasing (SPC) SOPs and adhere to Purchase Approval Guidelines. Key Performance Indicators: In stock Days of inventory % Open inventory exceptions Open PO ETA accuracy OTIF What you will bring: Minimum of bachelors degree required 2-5 years relevant work experience required in supply chain planning, customer service or replenishment in a fast-paced environment Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Access Experience with DRP tools/forecasting software Working knowledge of warehouse and inventory control policies, processes and procedures APICS, CSCL or comparable designation an asset Bilingualism, English and French would be an asset Desired Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills & ability to build productive relationships in a team environment Able to partner with business stakeholders to deliver goals Highly organized in prioritizing work and time management Must be results oriented/ goal driven and solutions oriented Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Each resume submitted gets individually reviewed by our team and retained for 24 months if other new and exciting opportunities arise that match your skills and qualifications.
