In this entry-level project management role, you will support senior project managers and work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-rise development projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise construction projects from pre-construction to project completion. Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure projects stay on track and deliverables are met. Communicate regularly with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to track progress and address issues or concerns. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, and assist with variance analysis. Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources as needed. Support the management of contracts, subcontracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Assist with site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards. Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations. Help resolve project-related issues, escalating when necessary to senior management. Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 12 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field (internships or co-op experience will be considered). Familiarity with construction processes, project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar), and budgeting tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards is an asset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
