This position requires an ambitious self-motivated individual that is confident, competitive, and results-oriented with preferred sales experience and knowledge of the Automotive Industry. The Candidate Should Have: Exemplary customer service skills, strong salespersonship qualities Knowledge of sales technology Outstanding communication qualities Results oriented and target driven attitude Decisive, sound and discerning judgement ability Strong negotiation skills Superior organizational and analytical skills Proven sales track record Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, etc.) and SalesForce; general competency with business technology Automotive industry experience (is an asset) What Will You Do? Plan, coordinate and execute the selling of Lubrico Warranty programs to dealerships in accordance with budgeted objectives. The Sales Account Manager must serve as a contributing member of the Eastern Canada sales team while championing Lubricos mission and values. Generate and follow through on sales leads Develop sales performance through new and existing accounts Create sales strategies and customized presentations Manage client relationships, facilitating dealership needs through exemplary customer service Increase penetration and profits, collaborate on goals Interact with Lubrico''s head office, sales team and management to support the sales function Assist dealers with growth strategies and solutions Additional duties as necessary and/or as assigned by Manager After a product and client-focused training process, this individual will be responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities and closing sales.
