As the Director, Total Rewards and HRIS, you will design and implement innovative strategies that align with our organizational goals, enhance employee well-being, and optimize our HR Technology landscape. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping CAATs compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs while ensuring compliance, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of integrity, impact, and teamwork. To succeed in this role, you will have: A Bachelors degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field (Masters degree or certifications like CCP, CBP, or CEBS preferred). At least 8-10 years of experience in compensation, benefits, disability management, and HRIS roles, with significant leadership experience. Deep expertise in compensation and benefits principles, practices, and legislation, with a history of success in the design, development and implementation of programs. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and analytical tools (including PowerApps, Excel, Power BI). Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively employees of all levels on complex topics. Once here you will lead: Compensation & Total Rewards Develop and manage a competitive compensation framework, group benefits, and internal/pay equity. Guide organizational structure discussions to reflect current and future needs. Enhance CAATs employee value proposition by identifying and implementing opportunities. Prepare board presentations with accurate and compelling materials. Benefits & Wellness: Design and administer comprehensive benefits and wellness programs to support employee mental, physical, and financial health. Oversee the administration of disability programs. HRIS & Data Analytics: Lead the implementation and optimization of the Workday HRIS system to enhance HR processes and employee experience. Partner with IT, Finance and vendors for system upgrades, issue resolution, and training. Develop HR analytics frameworks to monitor workforce trends and drive predictive analytics for workforce optimization. Lead & Collaborate Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals specializing in total rewards, HRIS analytics, benefits, disability management, and wellness. Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams across the organization to align strategies with business goals.
