About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing team. This is a part-time position, working Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, including tax laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll for a designated group of employees. Calculate and process employee wages, taxes, and deductions accurately. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll. Assist with year-end payroll tasks, such as W-2 preparation and distribution.
