Responsibilities:Participate in discovery, workshop, and planning sessions to gather requirements.Provide architectural guidance and support relating to Rogers Banks SAS CI 360 environments.Develop and evolve extract transfer loads (ETLs) for Rogers Bank campaign management data mart (CMDM) & unified data mart (UDM).Create and maintain design documents and ETL implementation documents.Plan and support all required quality assurance (QA), user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation (PIV) in the production environment.Support and evolve integrations with existing systems to support new automations via existing and new channels in the context of the larger marketing technology ecosystem.Enable and maintain appropriate monitoring to ensure high reliability and availability.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Perform and support regular platform updates and performance optimizations.Qualifications:Proven experience in SAS CI360 platform development and integration.Strong understanding of data management, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
