As a seasoned professional, you possess a proven track record of successfully navigating complex B2B sales cycles and have a keen understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem. The Commit mentSales Process Managem ent:Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal clos ure.Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliver client propos als.Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targ ets.Client Engagem ent:Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-mak ers.Utilize a consultative selling approach to address client needs and propose tailored soluti ons.Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value of NetSuite in solving business challen ges.Collaboration and Coordinat ion:Partner with Sales Associates (SAs) to provide seamless support throughout sales cyc les.Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution designs and propos als.Work closely with delivery teams to guarantee smooth project transiti ons.Pipeline and Report ing:Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent gro wth.Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline sta tus.Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activit ies.Travel and Outre ach:Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events, requiring up to 30-40 % tra vel. The Essen tialsBachelors of any Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, MBA is a plusProven track record of at least 3-5 years of success in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solut ions.Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their application to business proce sses.Excellent communication and presentation sk ills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environ ment.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environ ment.Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed deci sionsAbility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accord inglyProven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales ta rgetsProficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics toolsCollaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross- functional teams The A dd-OnsFamiliarity with cloud computing technologies is a plusExperience within the NetSuite in dustryWe are a global company so International experience is a bonusPreviously worked with third party platform and market places
