Brand/Division: Shiseido CanadaHiring Manager: Director, Marketing & Sales, Shiseido FragrancesDepartment: Fragrance MarketingSupervisor: Director, Marketing & Sales, Shiseido FragrancesDirect Reports: NAJob Title: Specialist, Marketing & eRetail Job Summary: This role focuses on leading the eRetail business and the CRM programs, and providing Marketing team supportResponsible for driving sales and omni-channel digital marketing activations in partnership with our Retailers (Hudsons Bay, Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, Holt Renfrew, Nordstrom, Jean Coutu and London Drugs), and accountable for providing strategic channel insights and developing best practices for managing eRetailer.com relationships to grow our business.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Work with Director of Sales and Marketing to develop the eRetail success roadmap and sales plans to achieve brand sales goals.Collaborate with eRetailer business partners to identify opportunities to drive sales and acquire new customers.Monitor eRetail business against target KPIs, tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets and securing high ROI initiatives needed to meet sales goals.Collaborate with brand Marketing team to develop and maintain a monthly eRetail marketing calendar, as well as execute programs on time and on quality.Host systematic business reviews with retailers to ensure alignment on marketing activations, stock opportunities, eRetail website content updates and promotional offers. Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to implement high growth e Retail business plans for retailer customer acquisition and retention.Manage user testing and provide quality assurance for all brand eRetail pages, promotions, e-mails and launches. This includes testing brand presentation across browsers, devices and screen sizes to ensure high quality user experience.Loyalty Program: support digitization of loyalty program by leading data uploading and order fulfillment. Responsible for Customer Relationship Management database, updating, and reporting.Data update and rewards fulfillment of CRM program.Plan VIP events with top loyalty customers.Coordinate sales and feedback reports for brands as well as providing sales and Circana market insights.Work with Marketing & Communications Specialist on digital PR opportunitiesOther related duties as assigned. Upholding the Shiseido Corporate and Brand ValuesRepresenting the brand image and upholding the brand values and standards in corporate and public settingsCommunicating the Shiseido story and corporate culturePositive and cooperative attitude to be proactive, reactive and creative problem-solving abilities to evolve with market conditionsQualifications & Competencies: University Degree or College Diploma preferredMust have strong computer skills: Advanced excel skills, Microsoft Office and/or iOS Minimum 2 years experience in online marketing and merchandising with a major retailerExperience working with beauty retailers is a plusDemonstrated practice in omnichannel retail business tactics and leveraging eCommerce best practices to drive sales.Personable, sales minded, strategic thinker with the ability to effectively communicate, and influence across internal and external functional teams.Genuine passion for technology and openness to new ideasSelf-starter with solid analytical, negotiating and organizational skillsAn active networker who is ambitious and values collaboration Strong communication skillsSome travel required
