Were looking for a seasoned Technical Account Manager with expertise in water treatment, industrial cleaning, and lubrication in metal processing, based in Ontario.Our client specializes in developing, manufacturing, and supporting innovative, specialized solutions for these industries. Their focus is on enhancing system performance, optimizing productivity, and minimizing environmental impact, all while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety. The Technical Account Manager will be instrumental in driving growth, promoting tailored products and services, and managing profitability across the territory.Technical Account Manager Responsibilities:Maintain and grow sales within existing customer accountsProvide technical services and support to existing customers with the assistance of the technical support groupExecute negotiations and obtain contract signaturesComplete requests for information, quotes, and proposalsPropose and implement marketing strategies in the territoryReinforce and articulate the companys strategiesManage and coordinate contracts, calls for tenders, and client requestsContinuously improve technical knowledge, product knowledge, and application methodsShare knowledge with appropriate individuals and departmentsApply ISO-9001 standards for customer service, R&D, market research, and relevant sectionsUpdate information daily in the CRM & AX systemsThe Successful Candidate Will Have:Deep knowledge of water treatment processes, industrial cleaning, lubrication in metal processing, or relevant industrial/manufacturing sectors.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Expertise in consultative sales, with a knack for closing high-value deals.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed key performance indicators.A self-starter mentality with strong independent work ethic and team collaboration skills.A Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Availability to travel as needed and a valid drivers license.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range of $80,000 $90,000, commensurate with experience.Candidates with extensive experience and higher salary expectations will also be considered.Comprehensive benefits package.Please note: Only candidates already eligible to work in Canada will be considered.
