The Board consists of 12 knowledgeable and experienced individuals with a history of leadership and commitment to the promotion of workplace health, safety and wellbeing. It is a competency-based Board with representatives from across Ontario that reflect the diversity of the sectors that PSHSA serves. Collectively, the PSHSA Board is responsible for ensuring that the organizations mandate is carried out effectively and efficiently on behalf of all Ontarians through shaping our strategic direction, providing financial oversight, and supporting effective decision-making and risk management. The PSHSA Board of Directors strives to remain focused at a strategic level and follow the principles of good governance.Candidate ProfileThis is an exciting volunteer opportunity for business and community leaders who are passionate about having a positive impact on the occupational health and safety system across Ontario now, and for years to come. The Board meets four (4) times a year, which includes an annual retreat and our Annual General Meeting (AGM), with additional meetings if required.
