Oversee equipment performance, maintenance, and track production data. Enforce food safety practices (GMPs, HACCP), ensure accurate traceability logs and reports. Lead training, recruitment, and employee development; manage HR documents and payroll. Address employee issues, maintain positive relations, and ensure workplace safety. Collaborate across departments (procurement, logistics, maintenance, etc.) to optimize operations. Support KPI tracking and identify opportunities for improvements in production processes.Production Supervisor Qualifications: 5+ years of production supervisory experience in food processing. Experience supervising a team within a unionized environment required. Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and compliance standards. Proven leadership and team development skills. Experience with ADP, ERP systems, and MS Office. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
