You will be responsible for the following:Lead engaging training sessions for professionals, ensuring content is relevant, practical, and interactiveFollow established training programs, customizing materials to suit diverse audiencesCollaborate with internal teams to adapt content for better engagement and retentionProvide guidance and answer questions during and after sessions, fostering a supportive environmentCollect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and suggest improvementsMaintain accurate training records and report on participant progress and outcomesOther responsibilities, as necessaryWhat you bring to the jobYou are someone with strong presentation skills to engage and motivate diverse learners. You can effectively build rapport and manage group dynamics.
